The Jingiaseng Samla KJP Synod Mihngi (Youth Department) is working for the purpose of nurturing the youth members of the church and to build up their moral and spiritual life. The works of the Department has been channelized through different committees. The Annual Meeting in 2018 was held at Sutnga Presbyterian Church, Sutnga Presbytery from  9th – 11th March 2018.  The Jingiaseng Samla KJP Synod Mihngi has setup a school at Thangskai Village, East Jaintia Hills District, and another one at Dhemaji,  Assam.  It also has its own Standing Choir.
